Combined with a carefully developed tone of voice, the brand speaks plainly and personally — no legalese, no fluff, just clear communication and genuine support.
This extended into a modern, easy-to-use WordPress website that balances professionalism with personality. The UX was structured to reduce overwhelm and offer clear next steps, from learning about claim types to reaching out for support — always placing the client experience at the centre.
